Web Shop conditions, valid from 01.10.2020.


General information about our web shop

Products on the web shop are sold by Parduc, VAT-code FI20442877. We are selling our products to consumers and companies around the world.
Product prices showing on the web shop are including VAT. Rights for changing the prices and shipment costs reserved.


Products are normally ordered from the web shop www.parduc.com, using the shopping cart.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, where is informed the prices, shipping costs and ordered products.
You must fill your e-mail address during the ordering process, in order to receive the confirmation by e-mail.

When ordering, the customer accepts the currently valid delivery terms.


Order confirmation

We will send the order confirmation by e-mail. From the e-mail You will see:
-Order reference code
-Our contact informations
-Amount of the order in euros

You can wind the order information also from the "My account" page. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk e-mail folder.


Products and delivery costs are paid during the ordering process.

In our webshop you can use the following payment methods: Visa Debit-/Creditcard,  Mastercard Debit-/Creditcard, Stripe payment, Paypal payment, Klarna payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We will normally ship your products within 1-3 days, Monday through Friday. Normally orders made before 11:45, will be sent on the same day. Abnormal delivery times will be informed on parduc.com website.


Delivery costs

Packing and shipping costs are included to our delivey costs. You can see your estimated delivery costs from the shopping cart, after you have filled the delivery adress and selected the desired payment and delivery option.

Exchange and Return Policies

The customer has a 14 days return or exchange right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to original package, unused and resellable products.

All returns must be aggreed with Parduc, before sending anything back to us. 

Include the following information in the return package:

customer number, name, address and phone number, bank account, a copy of the order confirmation from parduc.com

All exchanges or returns must be agreed upon on an individual basis by an email from customer service. Customer service will provide further instructions on the return address and the return message.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Once the return is accepted and checked by us, the money will be refunded to your bank account after the return receipt and processing is completed.

Transportation problems and defective products

If the product is lost during transportation, or the client receives the wrong product, kindly send an email to: contact@parduc.com

Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in transport,a complaint must be made to the transport service.



We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer should check on the new terms on our web page before ordering.
